Background
OxiPro, a medical device brand, faced intense competition on Amazon and sought to maintain market relevance through continuous content optimization. Their aim was to keep creative fresh and performance-driven, using visual content to drive higher CTRs and conversions across their range of electronic medical products.
Process
As Lead Designer, I worked alongside a junior designer to spearhead a cross-functional creative approach involving photography, 3D rendering, and video production. Our work was grounded in Amazon native data analysis, including A/B testing through Amazon’s Experiments Dashboard. Weekly performance reviews allowed us to quickly identify high-performing content variations and adjust creative accordingly.
We developed updated content at a regular cadence to align with shifting consumer behavior and emerging trends in the health tech space. Each creative sprint involved art direction, shoot planning, post-production, and the integration of visual feedback from both the client and market performance data
Output
Within two weeks of launching revised assets, several product listings saw conversion rates double. The brand experienced exponential growth in revenue and market visibility, directly tied to the data-informed creative content. The continuous feedback loop between performance metrics and visual direction proved critical in driving ROI and building long-term brand trust on Amazon.

All content that I produced for OxiPro followed a rigorous AB testing process. This allowed me to gain valuable consumer insight and create content that massively boosted sales of OxiPro's Amazon listings. I've highlighted a few examples of my work with OxiPro.
