Amazon Listing Optimisation & Video Production For OxiPro

Background
OxiPro, a UK-based medical device brand, approached us to modernise their Amazon presence and drive stronger sales performance. Our on-going relationship with OxiPro has resulted in sales of some products tripling, directly attributed to our creative output. Here's what we worked on; Amazon listing optimisation, 3D rendering, video production and photography. Their existing product listings lacked visual consistency and failed to effectively communicate product benefits, resulting in limited conversion growth.

Our Role
Esentially we acted as OxiPro's external design team. We worked closely with their leadership to oversee all aspects of visual output, from everyday creative execution to long-term brand strategy. Acting as an integrated partner, we managed packaging, photography, 3D rendering, Amazon listing optimisation, and video production. Our remit was to elevate the brand’s visual credibility, drive conversion performance, and build a scalable creative system for sustained growth.

Strategy & Process

  • Packaging refresh: Redesigned product packaging to align with modern ecommerce best practices and strengthen shelf presence online and offline.
  • Data-driven iteration: Implemented an extensive A/B testing program, continuously refining main images, product listings, and visuals until performance reached the upper limit of conversion potential.
  • Educational storytelling: Produced clear, product-focused imagery and video content that demonstrated product use, reinforcing OxiPro’s authority and building consumer trust.
  • 3D renders: Designed high-quality 3D renders for hero products, particularly the BP2 Blood Pressure Monitor, to display the products in a highly attractive way.

Results

  • Tripled sales of their flagship BP2 Blood Pressure Monitor. Monthly revenue of this product grew from slightly over £15,000 to over £45,000, directly attributable to new the visuals we created.
  • Achieved huge increases in sales across every OxiPro product detail page, ranging from 40% to 300%+ increases in conversion rate
  • Delivered a library of consistent, high-quality digital assets for Amazon, brand website, and retail partners.
