Background
Qomfor, a leading home comfort brand with a wide product portfolio, wanted to introduce a new line of products to their already strong ecommerce offering. The challenge wasn’t simply about launching, it was about ensuring this new range outperformed existing listings and set a new standard for how Qomfor connected with its customers online.
My Role
I owned the full creative process, from strategic direction to hands-on design and production. My responsibilities included photography, videography, content design, and product detail page design.
Strategy & Process
- Data-led creative direction: Built on Qomfor’s previous customer insights to craft content that resonated with their core audience, focusing on comfort, warmth, and trust.
- Lifestyle driven storytelling: Produced hero imagery and video content that placed products in authentic home environments, highlighting both function and emotional benefit.
- Optimised listing design: Designed PDP and Amazon listing assets with a strong focus on clarity, hierarchy, and persuasive benefit driven messaging.
- Consistent visual identity: Delivered assets that aligned seamlessly with Qomfor’s broader portfolio while giving the new product line a fresh, standout identity.
Results
- Achieved the highest conversion rates across the entire Qomfor product portfolio.
- Differentiated the new line from the rest of the range, making it a commercial highlight for the brand.
- Provided a scalable content model for future product launches, ensuring consistency across their expanding portfolio.
Impact
This project showed how targeted, customer insight driven design can elevate not just a launch, but an entire portfolio’s performance. By working independently across concept, production, and execution, I delivered content that set a new internal benchmark for Qomfor’s ecommerce success.




Results
Delivered a 30% increase in average conversion rates across updated product detail pages. Boosted engagement with the brand during peak season, leading to higher visibility and stronger campaign performance. Established a collaborative design process that remains in use, streamlining Incognito’s future content development.
Impact
This project demonstrates how campaign execution isn't just about visuals but effective systems and execution that align with both sides of the stakeholders. By modernising Incognito’s ecommerce content and introducing a scalable workflow, I helped the brand not only achieve immediate sales growth, but also gain the tools to sustain momentum for future campaigns. In addition to this the quantitative results speak for themself.



All content that I produced for OxiPro followed a rigorous AB testing process. This allowed me to gain valuable consumer insight and create content that massively boosted sales of OxiPro's Amazon listings. I've highlighted a few examples of my work with OxiPro.
